The most important thing is that the staff service is really good! ! ! First of all, when I booked the room, there was a problem with my account, so I was not very happy to complain to them, and then they also made up the difference for me and found me a new room type; when we arrived at the store, because the road was very difficult to walk, we were very tired. When we first arrived at the store, they provided us with lemonade and helped us carry our suitcases upstairs; later, because the network in the room was very bad, and the TV could not be watched all the time, we went to find the staff. They wanted us to cast the screen at first, but later found that it didn't work, so they helped us find a room with a good network, and then played the TV for us. Although it was already night, they were super patient throughout the process, and the emotional value was very high; in the end, we actually refunded it, but he helped us store our luggage, and I found that my clothes were dirty, and they also provided me with a washing machine for me to wash clothes. Sometimes, the staff also helped us check the flight time. The stay experience was great!!!

The hotel environment is very good. The villa building is hidden in the garden. There is a large yard with lychee trees and longan trees. Sitting in the yard in the afternoon to watch the rain and drink tea is a special experience. The room is large and clean. It is very comfortable to drink iced drinks in the mini bar and soak in the bathtub after returning from the beach. The children are very happy. The service is especially good. The air conditioner was turned on for us before arriving at the hotel. It was raining when we left. The service staff saw that we had no rain gear and gave us their umbrella. In short, it was a very good experience and I will stay here next time.
