The room was very nice and clean. They helped me clean and tidy up the sheets when I went out the next day. They also replenished two bottles of water. The service was very thoughtful. I will come back next time.

Environment: I booked a room on Ctrip. I went there to check out the environment and was not satisfied with the check-in. The hotel directly refused to refund the full payment. Then the front desk of the famous hotel scolded us and said that our attitude was not good. We said no matter what but did not want a refund, so we directly I called Ctrip and 12315 to complain. It was the first time I encountered this kind of forced buying and selling by a hotel. I made more than 200 yuan. Are you *******? ? Service attitude needs to be improved: It is recommended that the hotel conduct more customer service training to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. I hope everyone will not go to this kind of hotel. The service is poor. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend anyone to come to this hotel. The room is clean, you can see the sea, and the housekeeper is very considerate. It also promotes anti-fraud messages. Highly recommend.

Overall it's okay. The room can see the corners of the sea. It's not as hygienic as the hotel, but my room is relatively small, and there are a few rooms that are quite large and bright. The price/performance ratio is not high. If it costs more than 600 a night, it is indeed not as good as a hotel. This 270-degree sea view room is only worth 400~ It is also close to the sea, within walking distance, there are many restaurants around, and it is also convenient to take a taxi.

客服非常耐心，酒店小哥很熱心，因為帶小孩不方便，行李比較重，會提前聯繫接我們，也會幫忙拿行李送到房間門口，環境衞生不錯，離海邊很近，洗衣服也方便，酒店配備洗衣液和衣物消毒液，因為第一天不知道系統問題還是怎麼回事，親子房漏一天，免費升級，收拾的慢，也是直接延遲了退房。挺好的，離各景點也近。

很好的一次旅遊，房間乾淨，整潔，老闆熱情大方，推薦鼓浪嶼的遊玩攻略，很貼心。
