World Anlan Hotel

The room is relatively small. The room is different from the one advertised in the pictures. There is no enclosed space for making tea. That part does not exist at all. There is a wall next to the bed and it is so crowded. The room I booked includes afternoon tea break and snacks. This For snacks, we ordered handmade dragon fruit glutinous rice balls (the children originally wanted to try them), but the hotel didn’t provide them. When I asked the hotel front desk, they kept saying they didn’t have them. At one point, they said they didn’t receive the order. At another time, they said they didn’t have them for this room type. At another time, they said they didn’t have them. Is this only available in winter? It's summer now. After a while, it was said that the tea break and welcome snacks were a choice. I couldn't understand what this room contained. It felt like it was advertised randomly. According to the platform, we can delay check-out, but the hotel keeps urging us to check out before 12 o'clock and is too lazy to argue.

The supporting facilities are still under construction, and the picking, go-karting, and intangible cultural heritage handicrafts have not been unlocked yet, so you can only go to the fields to play by yourself. But there are many children, hide-and-seek, lawn concerts, and a good atmosphere in the camp, which is suitable for group building!

You must come and see this hotel. The whole hard and soft furnishings are very stylish. Especially the loft room we stayed in, which was designed by a designer from the Academy of Fine Arts. The whole room is like a small villa, which makes me want to move all of this back home. However, I have one suggestion. The toilet feels a bit moldy. You can put a small aromatherapy or something like that, which may make it feel better.

1. Six adults and five children from Guangzhou set off to Shantou for fun. We decided to go to Xiamen on a whim. We booked five rooms for two nights each at 11 a.m. We then booked tickets for Gulangyu and Xiamen University. At around 12 p.m., we confirmed that we could not enter Gulangyu, so we decided to give up going to Xiamen. When we canceled the reservation, the store said that the platform would not refund us because of the Spring Festival. We called the platform, but the platform said that the store would not refund us. Finally, we confirmed that the store would not refund us. They kept fooling me from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and told me that if I checked out, I would deduct 50% of the fee. We could have left at noon, but the store kept saying that they would communicate with the leader to check out, which resulted in us leaving for Xiamen at 4 p.m. and arriving in Xiamen at midnight. 2. Because we were traveling with children, there were only two pillows in the twin room. We asked for one more pillow and a quilt, but it was rejected. The twin rooms in the hotels we stayed in all had four pillows and quilts. (This caused the children to catch a cold and cough.) 3. We had to ask for afternoon tea snacks, but none of them were given. We only gave them five sugar oranges and a dozen small tomatoes when we were leaving. 4. I hope the relevant departments in Xiamen can see my dissatisfaction and ask the business to serve customers better, and not be unwilling to check out our room just because we can make more money by booking more rooms.

The room is quite big and clean, and the price/performance ratio is very good. The courtyard is comfortable and cozy for making tea, and the service is good. The dishes in the restaurant can be further improved

Xiangyu is such a homestay with its own unique style. On the basis of retaining the original architectural features, modern elements are integrated to present a unique visual effect. The housekeeper is considerate, hospitable and provides thoughtful and considerate services. Here I experienced brewing tea around the stove and the newly launched year-end party set meal. It is very suitable for bringing family members to play together!
