房間非常乾淨寬敞，前台的服務非常好，打掃衞生的阿姨也是彬彬有禮。客房裡還贈送了廈門特色小食，如廈門鹹餅等。酒店餐飲也是很有特色。下次還會繼續再位。

這次來廈門聽張學友演唱會的，選擇了體育館最近且是翔安最好的悦華，房間很好很乾凈，有什麼需求前台都很積極解決，酒店的前台小姐姐都很熱情介紹周邊好吃的，來酒店前特地問了一下才知道酒店還有免費接送到演唱會的車，這點服務特別好，前台戴眼鏡小姐姐人也特別好給升級了很滿意的房型，給所有聽演唱會的朋友推薦這裏！
