This is the first time we check in this hotel.
Staffs are supper friendly n helpful; brilliant location, just a few minutes away from the 中山路步行街 n 鎮海路地鐵站, shopping mall next door.
Lighting in the room is too deem, n not user friendly to adjust;
I’m from overseas, don’t have local mobile number, need to contact front desk to connect the WiFi (first time for me to encounter this issue in China) Apart from the above two issues, the rest is excellent.

酒店服務人員態度友善積極☺️房間內的設施也很好🍀地點位於中山路，出行十分方便👍🏻搭車離哪裡都挺近的😆唯一缺點就是它不單獨擁有升降機🛗跟整棟大樓其他樓層的餐廳共用，有時擁擠又等得久🙁😐🤐

強烈建議大家千萬不要住這家酒店，房間內採光特別不好，要求前台換了一間還是沒有陽光，房間內很潮濕，洗手間裏的味道特別大，很臭，有股很濃的尿騷味，在房間內都能聞到，不知道是房間潮濕還是床單用品不乾淨，睡在上面身上特別癢，我和我媽兩個人睡的身上都很癢，友情提醒看到的一定要避雷！！！

房間舒適 酒店位置優越，去哪裡都很方便，我們帶着孩子有時候不愛走，樓下打車到各個景點基本都是起步價，很近，酒店前台服務態度很好 有求必應，前台有免費的熱水 ，早餐種類不是很多但味道很好，非常親民的酒店！

房間設施比較陳舊，對硬件有要求的朋友慎住！馬桶有異味，最要緊的淋浴不行，水小的可憐，而且冷熱不好控制，已經將水龍頭開到冷水一邊，還是有點燙！可是過一會又變成冷水了，唉😮💨！另外酒店續住衹提供牙刷，浴帽、梳子等基本的東西都不提供！好的地方司機服務還行，房間隔音好。酒店地點在市中心，好處是去任何景點距離都不太遠，可是壞處是春節期間人多車多，打車根本不方便，一路堵！最後基本靠走解決。建議非節假日住還行。

酒店處於在中華城北區，周邊逛街吃飯非常便利，距離地鐵一號線衹有500多米，黃金位置的酒店房間不算大能夠理解，設施很全，房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果也很棒，服務也超讚！早餐也很給力，家庭外出旅行、出差居住首選，值得推薦！
