Service provided was absolutely great, staffs were patient and friendly! We arrived late at night and there was no eatery available but the receptionist borrowed his phone for us to order food. Assistance was readily available whenever we needed help. There were no stains on the beds, room was clean and big. First time staying at a hotel in China and it was a pleasant experience! Recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, and it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the One Country, Two Systems Beach. The hotel has convenient parking. Xiaoye, who received us at the front desk, had a very good service attitude and helped us upgrade to a more spacious, warm and comfortable sea view room. The hotel feels good in all aspects, the breakfast is also good, and we were given special souvenirs, which is very heartwarming.
