父母去廈門旅遊，為了出門方便選了天一，客棧在巷子裏，但很安靜，適合我們喜歡安靜的人住，老闆很好給升級的房間，很大很乾凈，床很舒服，父母一共住了五晚，表示非常滿意，説放假了我們帶着孩子也可以住那裡！

天一客棧給我留下了深刻的印象，服務態度超好，環境乾淨舒適，讓人倍感温馨。房間設施齊全，絕對值得再次光臨！此外，客棧的地理位置優越，離中山路步行街很近，散步可以到海邊，碼頭交通便利，周邊有許多美食和景點，黃則和花生湯也在邊上，非常適合旅遊度假。下次來一定還會選擇天一客棧！

房間很有特色，東北大花布，空間不小，位置很好找，出門沒多久就是中山路步行街，客服小哥態度很好很熱心，前台還可以存放行李。

強烈推薦！
房間給升級了一下，很大一個房間，洗漱用品在前台可以直接拿，
設施：完善，幾乎什麼都有，衞生間很大，很乾凈，地理位置也絕佳！
衞生：可以，打掃很乾凈
服務：很可以，物美價廉！
唯一一個小確定，就是位置在一個衚衕裏，不太好找，可以到附近了問一下

客棧位於老城內，就在廈門三大名樓之一的慶讓堂旁邊，出去逛中山路步行街也就幾百米的距離。雖然周邊環境較亂，但客棧房間大，睡床舒服，如果其它配套設施再用心完善一些就更佳了。

地處市中心中山路步行街區，不臨街道，比較安靜。但電熱水器水箱太小，衹能持續二十分鐘左右，之後得等半小時才能繼續洗澡。不過店家解決問題的態度還是值得肯定的
