Hi 李先生,
Thank you very much on 26th March 2024 in the morning to help me and my husband to reschedule our flights from Xiamen International airport back to Singapore. You spent almost 1 hour helping us to call Xiamen Airline to work out the details and patiently helped us on the payment mode which we were not familiar with. You were so kind to share your mobile data via hotspot with my husband's mobile phone during the 1 hour. Both of us were sick and needed to return home, you stepped in with so much patience to help us. We appreciated your kindness extended to us on 26th March 2024.
We returned back to Singapore safely on 26th March 2024, resting and recovering well.

We stayed in the family room. The front desk staff Xiaoli and Xiaoyang provided very good service. They were always smiling and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was that there was a big gap of about 5 cm when the bathroom door was closed, and you could see the bathroom directly. There was no privacy at all and no sense of security. However, the hotel's catering and laundry services were very good and met our needs.
