The location for forigners is not good. no western restaurant or supermarkets around. Though the staff cooperation and wiiling to help is remarkable.

房間有老鼠，床鋪也都不乾淨，一次性拖鞋不乾淨，床上還有沒打掃乾淨的毛毛，抽紙盒都落灰了。凌晨一點多天花板隔層裏傳出異響，開了燈就沒聲音了，我還以為是聽錯了，結果關了燈以後不就又有老鼠跑動的聲音，還有磨牙的聲音，喊了酒店前台，前台説過來看看，結果過了好久才過來，當時已經三點多了，前台過來説沒房了衹能退了房間讓我們到別處找地方，這個房間都是很早定的，跨年夜方圓5公里內都沒有房間，或者就是1000元以上的，你這給我來一句退了你重新找就完了？我對象睡了一下渾身瘙癢，眼睛都過敏腫痛了，勸大家別去這個酒店，環境質量和服務態度都很差！

不是特別滿意，比較舊，有股味，攜程預訂的因有事退房還扣我150，原本就沒滿房的，如果房間爆滿我認。體驗感差！

因為覺得服務比較好我們就打算續住，但續住後，服務人員也換班了，態度極其不好，變通性極其差，我們自己的孩子因為回來比較晚，不能進入我們的房間，哪怕是放個東西都不行，説其沒有48小時內的核酸報告，我的孩子是廈門大學的學生，就是本地人，我説把他的行李放下我們屋子然後他去做核酸，但是就是不行，我不知道是什麼樣的規定顧客手持行程碼都不能看房型，所以無語，但是已經續訂了也沒法退，所以忍耐住了兩晚，差評，再也不會住這樣的酒店，不以人為本，不尊重人，還有續住期間房屋打掃得也不乾淨，給的枕頭都是沒枕套的。
