Far exceeded my expectations! We stayed for two nights and were extremely satisfied. Teresa was incredibly thoughtful and expertly resolved every issue we had. Our room assignment was also great. While the hotel might not be brand new, its location is absolutely superb, and the rooms are wonderfully spacious. I'd highly recommend it to any friends visiting Xiamen, as it's conveniently located right next to Xiamen University, Nanputuo Temple, and the popular Shapowei area.

This hotel instantly became a must-stay for me! The service is excellent, the views are stunning, and every staff member is incredibly warm and attentive. A special shout-out to Nancy, who proactively added me on WeChat early and arranged a fantastic room directly facing Gulangyu Island – I could even enjoy the view while soaking in the bathtub! As I was visiting for a concert, a shuttle service was pre-arranged, allowing me to check in immediately upon arriving in Xiamen. The moment I entered my room and the curtains automatically drew open, all my tiredness melted away. They even gifted a teddy bear and provided convenient round-trip transfers for the concert. What's more, upon returning to my room, I found a thoughtful sweet soup waiting for me. All these wonderful touches mean that next time I'm in Xiamen, Conrad will definitely be my first choice! Its location is also ideal, being close to Xiamen University, Nanputuo Temple, and Shapowei.

Learning of our plans to visit Gulangyu Island, she not only recommended off-peak ferry routes but also thoughtfully provided portable rain gear and a marked map. Her service was like an elegant 'invisible ballet' – always appearing subtly when needed, yet never intruding on our private space. **Enhancement to the Hotel as a Whole** Conrad's facilities themselves are impeccable: the panoramic views of Ludao (Egret Island) from the 38th-floor sky lobby, the premium L'Occitane amenities, and the smart climate control system are all top-tier. However, Isabella's service infused warmth into these impressive but impersonal facilities. She was well-versed in each hotel restaurant's specialties, and her recommendation for the 'Lùchéng Xuān' Chinese restaurant's Black Pearl set menu was astounding. She could also precisely schedule spa appointments to avoid queues. Her presence elevated the hotel from merely 'high-end facilities' to a 'vibrant, living experience'. **Moments of感動 (Touching Moments) that Exceeded Expectations** On the day of check-out, Isabella learned of our flight delay and proactively extended our check-out time. She also prepared a gift box of Xiamen traditional pastries as travel snacks. Even more surprisingly, she compiled photos of the window sea views taken during our stay (noticing my frequent WeChat Moments posts), creating an electronic album and sending it to us. This 'memory preservation' that transcended service boundaries has become the most cherished digital souvenir of our trip. If Conrad's iconic twin-sail architecture is Xiamen's city cover, Isabella is undoubtedly the most captivating chapter within its pages. Front desk staff Shirley provided incredibly warm and attentive service; everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. It's undoubtedly the best choice for accommodation in Xiamen.
