有一説一。比較中肯的評價：位置好，離海邊近，老闆人服務不錯，但是衞生真的不敢恭維，開門一股臭腳丫味，應該是衞生間地漏返味，出去一趟回來屋裡基本不能進人，即使把衞生間關了也一樣，排氣扇是壞的，我老婆是個孕婦，我們心想看日出起來的早忍忍算了，但是晚上我看到一衹大蟑螂從牆角爬過去，我怕嚇到老婆沒敢告訴她，我去陽台抽根煙，又有個蟑螂爬過去。忍耐了一夜臭味，第二天一起床，老婆腿上被咬了三十多口，全是紅疙瘩，孕婦是不能用風油精這些止癢的，衹有買了孕婦可以用的，現在過了兩天了，疙瘩全腫起來了。而且癢的受不了，又不能用風油精。

房間挺大的，離海灘很近，交通有點不太方便，房間隔音很差，前幾天還好就早上走廊有點吵，最後一晚隔壁的打鼾聲聽得清清楚楚，凌晨三四點也懶得動了...

喜歡親近海邊是不錯選擇，服務態度很好，簡約裝修，房間相對寬敞舒適，住宿環境不錯，連住價錢實惠，清晨可聽鳥兒鳴叫，陽台遙望海灘，投影電視用手機可直接投屏，過馬路就到了海灘邊欣賞日出，惟浴室水壓不穩有待改善。
