The hotel is located in a Villa compound and the decoration is like a mini tea house style. Rooms are nice and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. As it is Villa style, the next door rooms can be heard if they stand outside talking or come back late with door closing. So light sleepers should take note.
There is a side street next to the compound with little local restaurants in a village. Convenient for late night meals.
The location was not really near the beach, you have to walk across the road and through a hotel ground. I didn’t see any other direct access.
For the price I paid, I was very happy with the hotel.

I changed rooms the next day. This time the room was very good, big and comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom. It was big enough, the hot water was good, and the bathware was not bad. Parking is free for these three days, and you can enter and exit for free. Conveniently, I continued to go to that small shop in the morning. I ordered the "Ginger Duck", which was well cooked.
