整體感覺還行，是公共衞浴，裏面的花灑有點老舊了，建議換個新點的，房間的窗户比較小，門鎖是很古老的款式，建議換個新點的。

房間超級乾淨，小小的很温馨，雖然是公共衞浴，但是也很乾凈，每天都有人打掃。挺方便的，下樓就有東西吃。

這是一個有幾十年歷史的小旅社，一切從簡，但比較温馨，也很乾凈。
接待處在二樓，樓梯口的一個小吧枱，房間在五樓，沒有電梯，房間裏也沒有電視，幾十年前的裝飾風格， 牆上寫着小店經營不易，請勿大聲喧嘩。
被子比較薄，好在廈門氣温還算合適，夜裡不是很冷。

地理位置好，出門就是景點，旁邊是集美大學大學城，四周吃的東西超級多，周邊很多網紅店，交通方便，離集美學地鐵站雖然要走10來分鐘，但應該也是離地鐵站最近的一個店，房間舒適，乾淨衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，設施很人性化，性價比很高，總的環境感覺很好，服務也很周到，下次遊玩還會來住

環境還可以，過道樓梯小小的，廁所窗户關不上，有衣櫃，獨立衞浴，但是沒有晾衣桿，可以改進，空調有點小噪音，離地鐵站和集美大學很近，交通便利，服務還不錯，設施也齊全。
