In terms of price/performance ratio, it is good. The hygiene and other aspects are all acceptable. Except for the location being a bit off, there is nothing wrong with it. Anyway, you can walk around the entire island of Gulangyu. It takes about the same amount of time to get anywhere.

It takes more than 10 minutes to walk from Sanqiutian Wharf, climbing up the hill. The key is that Gulangyu is like a maze with many forks and it is easy to get lost. The room we stayed in was average, and the window was next to the front desk and there was no ventilation. It takes a few minutes to walk to Sunlight Rock and other attractions.

Stayed two nights in a row and extended one night, slept in three types of rooms. To sum up, the price-performance ratio is high, the hardware is good, the service is proactive, but it is recommended to bring your own shampoo in the bathroom.
