位置很好 出行方便。院裏都有監控非常放心，工作人員大方熱情，主動，效率高，周到，專業很不錯。房間採光好，明亮，安靜，舒適，衞生很乾凈，床墊舒服，出水快，水温好洗澡舒服，網速快，辦公方便。房間整潔，乾淨衞生，非常好，強力推薦！

房間挺舒適的，老闆人很熱情，給我們很多旅遊建議，本來定了兩晚的但是不想拿行李換酒店又續住了一晚，來廈門玩的朋友推薦住這兒，去中山步行街和八市吃東西都非常方便

來廈門玩最大的失誤就是訂了這家民宿，下午 1 點多到了，房間沒有打掃，需要等，這還沒啥，打掃完了到房間一看，就一個榻榻米，廁所有一股味道，也比較小，房間肯定沒有 25 平，目測 12 平米，插頭就一個，充電不方便，房間也不隔音，蚊子也多，真的後悔，以後不可能訂民宿了。

旺中帶靜的民宿，感覺十分舒服，步行去步行街也不遠，附近吃的地方很多，反正就在附近逛逛也不會悶。前台哥哥人很好，還特意發我旅遊攻略，聽說未來會再裝修一下，十分期待👍🏻

酒店去中山路很近，附近吃美食、買手信很方便，住得還不錯的，管家也很積極幫忙拿行李，民宿帶小花園，古色古香，看着就舒服～

用俺們東北話説就是嘎嘎帶感的小院，嗷嗷舒服的環境，非常熱情的小哥哥，那麼重的行李箱給我們提上樓。還非常貼心的給了美食攻略，小院位置極好的，出門左轉下行就是中山路，很方便的。

避雷雷雷雷雷———廈門之旅最大敗筆🥲
（很少寫評價的我忍不住寫下差評）
🛁衞生：廁所地上的毛髮沒清理乾淨，一進門肉眼可見。
🏡環境：房間很小，廁所也小，絕對絕對沒有25平！民宿庭院挺好看的。
🛎️服務：前台態度還算誠懇，但體驗感實在太差了。要不是不能退訂，絕不在那住第二晚🥲
🔌設施：整間房一個插座（如圖），我們2人一共3手機2電寶，排插也沒有，根本不知道怎麼充電……
