It's a pity i could not get a chance to utilize the warm swimming pool at hot spring area when the outdoor temperature was below 20 degree celsius. I went at 6.20p.m. in late November but the service attendant informed that he was cleaning the warm pool and told me I could use the cold pool instead. In an objective view, it was silly to clean the pool during this operating hour. Therefore, thinking to go for a early morning swim/gym the next day before breakfast as the resort's website has indicated the outdoor swimming pool/gym operated from 7:30 a.m. onwards but it actually only opens at 10:00a.m..Therefore, had to forgo the morning swim/gym as can't workout after breakfast and need to check out soon. Definitely not for sports enthusiast if you intend use the sports facilities at the crucial timing. A disappointing stay for this trip and definitely a thumbs down for this resort.

Nice place to relax for a few days. Complete facilities, good spa and great breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort immensely. The staff did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. The meals I had were also very good. In addition to the resort, I highly recommend the park that belongs to the hotel. The hotel is not near some of the livelier sections of Xiamen, but this was not my goal.

Hotel needs some serious rennovation. And in general was a bit dusty. Staff doesn’t speak English but try their best to be as helpful as possible. Great swimming pool and hot springs on the territory as well. .

Quiet hotel, good breakfast, large rooms.

I just stayed at Xiamen Sun Moon Valley Hot Spring Hotel and it was great! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the hot spring water is warm and comfortable, which makes people completely relaxed. The guest rooms are warmly decorated, the service staff are friendly, and the details are thoughtful. The food is also very delicious, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The room is square and the room type is good. The waiter is very nice and answers questions patiently. The hot spring hotel has complete facilities. The children like the service of the club very much and can play for a long time.

Hygiene: Very dissatisfied When the child woke up, his calf was allergic. The hygiene was too bad. I was very angry. Environment: There are only 2 hot spring pools in the hotel, 1 hydrotherapy pool, 1 swimming pool, and 1 children's pool (cold water). How can children play in cold water? To go to the big hot spring pool, you have to cross the road outside the hotel to get to the big hot spring pool. Although there is a car to pick you up, it is still very inconvenient. You can only go once. After you come out, you can't go in again. There is also the Children's Fun Palace for children. The package clearly includes free tickets, but the staff neglected it. I had to talk to the front desk for a long time before I could go in. The point is that the indoor air is very bad and very stuffy. I came out in less than 10 minutes. I won't go there a second time. Bye Finally, I would like to add that the water quality is average.

The room was quite comfortable and the service staff was very enthusiastic. There were many varieties of breakfast, fresh fruits, and hot dishes such as ginger duck, Tongan Fengrou and other Minnan specialties. It felt like brunch. And there was a choice of shacha soup for cooking noodles. There was also rye bread that I loved, which was very happy. The hot springs were also great, and the children especially liked it. I will go there again next time~

It is not too remote, and it is very convenient to order takeout. The facilities and environment are very atmospheric. There is also a private hot spring in the room. The outdoor and indoor designs are very exquisite, which is very suitable for taking pictures.
