Ibis Styles Hotel in Xiamen is a gem! Right on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, perfect for exploring the area. The queen room was cozy and well - equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location can't be beaten for shopping and dining. Earned some trip coins, and the overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I felt confident booking this hotel since it’s part of an international brand. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortable bed, as expected, with all the listed amenities provided.
There’s a shared laundry room, which is very convenient. However, the receptionist seemed a bit confused when assisting foreign guests due to the language barrier. It’s understandable, but it would be more professional if they avoided laughing during moments of miscommunication.
Overall, the hotel is in a very convenient location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

Very-very good location on the shopping street in the heart of the old town! Big room! Good value for its price! But somewhere conditions of the hotel and rooms are bad, some parts of our room were dirty or nor repaired well, lobby was dirty, hotel looked untidy and neglected. Honestly It seems like the hotel is not being taken care properly. Comparing to other Ibis hotels - this one is in bad condition and this is not okey!

A) superb location
B) early n late check out timing
C) free refreshment bar n breakfast are awesome
D) staff are always smiling and accommodating
E) matteress n pillow make u want to sleep forever
F) room cleaning is impressive

Location is very convenient. Good service. Clean and neat room. The dryer is not enough powerful. It takes 2 hours to dry clothes

The place is clean. There is an elevator. You can enter from escalator of zhongshan road or from behind and use their elevator. The lobby is at 2nd floor. They clean everyday and provide toothbrush, slippers and other ammenities. It’s in the middle of zongshan road. Taxi to and from airport only costs 40-45rmb which is very affordable. A lot of food beside it and souvenir shops. I only walked to 8th market and shapowei… If you don’t like walking, you can ride a taxi. Train is also near. I only spent 5rmb to go to jimei village via their train.
