Third time staying. Enjoy the quiet environment

The air condition of the hotel is terrible. Was sweating through the night. The service staff bought a fan and turn the main power up but does not help much. Location wise is just along a lake/river. Good for weekend morning and evening stroll. Service staff were great and tried their best to help.

The place is awesome. The staffs are approachable and friendly. The room is pretty good. The service they offer is satisfying. The location of the place is near to malls and other beautiful spots in Xiamen.

Good experience

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, the bathroom is nice and has a tub, we used the pool, and it was nice to walk around the island at night.

The room was very comfortable to rest in. The waiters were very polite. The waiters in 1108/1107 were warm and considerate. It is right on Bailuzhou Island. The environment is also very beautiful. The bus stop is right outside the door

The hotel room facilities are a bit old, but the room is quite large, fully equipped and clean. The surrounding environment is very good, quiet, and the air is fresh, suitable for running or walking. There is Shuyou Seafood Restaurant nearby, which is very convenient for enjoying delicious food. The front desk staff number 1108, the reception staff, and the restaurant staff are all very enthusiastic. The staff responsible for room cleaning are very serious and the service is satisfactory.

The hotel is in an excellent location, located in the center of Bailuzhou, not far from the first pier. The service staff is excellent and can take care of guests' needs immediately. The tea-making facilities in the hotel corridor make the air fresh and the experience is very good

Swan Hotel is located between Yuandang Lake and Bailuzhou Park. It is adjacent to Bailuzhou in front and Yuandang Lake in the back, and the scenery is picturesque. I stayed at Swan Hotel for a week and spent 7 days of pleasant time. (Checked in on May 29, 3058 Lake View King Room) Swan Lake Hotel, a standard old four-star hotel, has very good service. When I arrived at the hotel, a doorman helped me take the luggage and sent it to the room. The front desk service was generally very good. The little girl No. 1108 who received me was thoughtful and enthusiastic. She helped me a lot during the few days I stayed there. The hotel breakfast restaurant and dinner restaurant are not a restaurant. The dining environment is very comfortable, the service attitude is very good, and the food is also good. There is Shacha noodles for breakfast. Although the hotel is old, it is not shabby, and every place is very warm. You will definitely not be disappointed if you stay, recommended!

The room is very big, and you can see coconut trees and the river outside the window, which is very beautiful. It is very close to Bailuzhou Park, and there is a musical fountain and light show every Saturday night.

It's a little far from the downtown area, but it's quiet and nice. The building itself is a little old, but it's well-cleaned so it's not a problem. The staff are friendly, so I'll probably stay here again. I think it would be better to provide more detailed instructions on how to use the Wi-Fi in each room.

Not bad, very good! The environment is comfortable and the living is comfortable. I like it very much.

The hotel is located in Bailuzhou Park, and the surrounding scenery is so beautiful! I stayed for two nights and went out for walks at three different time periods: early morning, afternoon, and evening. I took different routes and never got tired of the scenery. I chose a lake view room, and it felt like the palm trees and the lake were within reach.
