**Holiday Inn Stay – Comfortable & Convenient** During my recent stay at **Holiday Inn**, I found it to be a **comfortable, well-managed hotel** that balances affordability with quality service. #### **Check-In & Service:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The **check-in process** was smooth, with friendly staff providing clear information about amenities. They were **attentive and helpful** throughout my stay. #### **Room Quality:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The room was **clean, well-maintained, and spacious**, offering all the essentials—comfortable bedding, a desk, and a modern bathroom. The **Wi-Fi was reliable**, making it easy to get work done. #### **Dining Options:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The **breakfast buffet** had a solid selection of hot and cold items, and the hotel restaurant offered **good variety** at reasonable prices. Room service was **prompt**, though the menu could be expanded. #### **Amenities & Location:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ There was a **fitness center**, a **business lounge**, and easy access to public transportation. The location was **convenient**, with shops and attractions nearby. #### **Overall Experience:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Holiday Inn provides a **solid and dependable stay**, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. While not overly luxurious, it delivers **comfort, convenience, and great value**.

Stayed for 2 nights and it’s so convenient due to its centralised location. The night market is just 8 mins walk away while the local eateries and grocery street just 6 km away by car you need to pay about CNY20. The entrance to LRT is right infront of the hotel about 50 meter walk while the surrounding has shopping plaza and shops. The hotel reception staff were helpful and knowledgable especially Roki who attended to us. The housekeeping auntie gave us as many bottles of water as we like when she brought the dozens with her. Overall a pleasant stay in Xiamen for 2 nights.

The location of the hotel is very good, the door is the subway, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The rooms were clean and the staff were very welcoming. Reception staff is very good service attitude, especially praise ivyzhang. Thank you very much!

The hotel is in downtown, very convenient to go to nearby scenic areas, the rooms were nice and clean with an awesome view of the xiamen downtown . The staffs were very friendly especially the lady from the front desk Alice. She could speak very good english also. Looking forward to visiting again 🥰

The location is just 2 mins to metro station. The travel agent at the hotel charges was a bit higher.

Hotel in a good position there are many small restaurants around the Hotel and shops with in walking distance MTR station just outside the Hotel will get you in to City Centre, very good seized rooms, breakfast was just ok not many western dishes. staff were excellent and friendly but very little English spoken, really enjoyed the stay at the Holiday Inn would book again possible longer next time.
