I have a comfortable stay in Mercure hotel in Xiamen, front desk Ms 任洁assist us with the check in and she is very helpful, her service was good and we enjoyed our stay .

1）硬件設施老舊。馬桶不智能，且款式老舊，沖力小。2）衞生差。浴巾和桌上還殘留着頭髮。3）高層房間漏風嚴重。
服務倒是不錯的，前台的工作人員都非常熱情負責。
衞生、設施不像美居的水平，和會展中心那家一樣老舊，就這兩方面在省內來看，還不如福州那家。

海景房可以看到鼓浪嶼，賓館比較舊了，服務好，早飯不是很豐富。周圍都是小店很方便買東西，離中山路也比較近
