位置難找，出入不方便，得等小區的住户或者外賣員才能進大門，隔音不好，房間裏甚至有螞蟻，還有十幾衹，體驗不好，就地理位置還行

先訂一晚後續住三天，房價一下上提前一晚1.5倍，348元，三天付款913元，最後一天臨時改變提前一天退房，退費219.5元，感覺不合理，續住提價退住跌價，公寓地址環境不錯，房間大小也適宜，就是軟件管理和設施要好好改造，WIFI也沒有，電源插頭也沒有，衞生打掃也不及時，大廳也沒有，服務不到位。

#好評#對鄰近活動滿意；#負評#對房間佈局，房間大小，性價比失望；要有人接才找得到的公寓。就是小区房隔了几间房间出来，隔音巨差，大早上估计6点多隔壁房间的人就开始噼里啪啦地收拾说话，完了8点多估计收拾完离开了，然后不知道哪家人开始看电视，巨吵，压根就休息不好。房间真的挺小，也就位置算还可以。也不是不干净，就是没有很舒服的感觉。电热水器，热水一个人就没了，要等。价格真心不匹配了。要不是春节到处都贵真心不愿意住吧。
