Room is clean and spacious. Location is around 250m away from a metro station. Short (walking) distance to Gulanyu Ferry Terminal. Good breakfast.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is near to mass rail train station.

The service experience was extremely disappointing, characterized by extensive delays during the check-in process and facilities that appeared outdated and poorly maintained. These shortcomings significantly detracted from the overall experience and left much to be desired in terms of customer satisfaction.

Other than the good location and cleanliness of the room, all the TVs in the rooms need to be replaced, reception and quality are really bad

Pros: (1) Very near to metro station, walk less than 3 min (2) Spacious room Cons: (1) few eateries nearby (2) still need to place deposit, which some hotels have already done away with

Love the location of the hotel, not in the middle of tourist area, so peaceful. Very convenient to amenities. Nearby have lots of nice cafes to hang out.

Right beside subway station. Taxis are cheap so didn’t use much. Must go to park beside hotel. Really good service.

We stayed there for 10 days, convenient and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Some rooms smell badly of sigarette smoke. And need to say that for that price rooms are a bit old and need some renovation. On the other hand staff is rather helpful and polite.

All the staff were super helpful and friendly. We felt really welcomed during our stay. Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely hard, not a very comfy stay if you cannot withstand the hard mattress.
