The room was clean and spacious situated in a quiet neighborhood. Staff service was acceptable. Buffet breakfast spread was good . Overall , had a pleasant stay .

the staff, location and the room is beyond perfect. i was well rested everyday on the very comfy bed and spacious gym that is well equipped. easy to get taxis or didi to and from airport. the next time i come back to xiamen, i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Great location! Awesome service! I have chosen to stay in this pan pacific hotel in past three years when I visited XiaMen. Jason and manager Yang at the front desk are thoughtful and helpful. I am back again next week.

Very close to metro station. Easy to go to popular attractions. Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room is spacious. However, we could smell cigarettes even smoking is not prohibited. We also have plumbing issue for our toilet, but it’s fixed quickly.

The hotel rooms are good size and clean, maintained quite well, considering it is not new.
But, I feel the breakfast is not that great. In fact, I feel the resto foods are not so good.
The attitude of the staffs are polite.
Overall, the stays have been pleasant.
