I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Xiamen! The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short distance from major tourist spots and conveniently close to the airport (~15mins). The rooms were spacious and clean with only a minimal smoke smell, which was barely noticeable. The entire ground staff provided top-notch service, and a special shoutout to restaurant manager Alan Lin for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and spacious situated in a quiet neighborhood. Staff service was acceptable. Buffet breakfast spread was good . Overall , had a pleasant stay .

My wife and I stayed two nights on our way from Singapore to our parents house in China. Very nice, professional and kind people including Ms. Zhou Qi ( front desk) and Mr. Lin of the restaurant located on the 3rd floor and other staff members who provided five star service (sorry for not being able to recognize names of each of you). Especially Ms. Zhou offered to upgrade our room without extra cost. Plus excellent location, extremely clean and very reasonable rate. Breakfast was also great. Thank you all!

I have stayed in this hotel many times. Although this hotel is rather old but it is very well maintained and the room is rather spacious. It is a very convenient location and I’ll definitely come back again every time I am in Xiamen

the staff, location and the room is beyond perfect. i was well rested everyday on the very comfy bed and spacious gym that is well equipped. easy to get taxis or didi to and from airport. the next time i come back to xiamen, i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Really nice hotel, nice staff and fairly good location. My only issue is the issue with deposit then having a “card not present transaction” on my card a couple of days after leaving. I had to call to get this rectified. It was just a bit suspicious and the story after changed each time. Perhaps it was a language barrier. Apart from that the staff at the hotel were very nice
