Check in time supposed to be 3pm and I requested the room not to be near the lift or the last room. But by 3pm, the room is not ready although I had register the check in at 1pm. By 3.20pm, the got me a room that is right beside the lift (ignore my request which I had reminded them twice).
Order for room service and told the front desk to clear it out around 6pm when I went out. But the dirty plates and leftover food is still there when I return to the room around 11pm
Staff at the front desk is not attentive and the staff said will get the manager to contact me regarding the missing food for the room service but there’s no one contact me since 30 October
Location wise is good, room is clean but service wise nah

I would like to compliment good service of the cleaner, yoyo who did a good job to keep my 2 rooms clean everyday. She did an extra mile to keep my left over food in the fridge! On my day of check out, she assist to inform counter on my daughter item that was left behind! Thank you the hotel for arranging to courier the item back.

Wonderful stay at Swiss Grand. From checking in to checking out it was a wonderful experience. They even gave us a complimentary playhouse for my kid. I have to specially mention the housekeeping lady for floor 18 黄小灵 that took care of us throughout the 7 days. She was meticulous and friendly, and gave us special treat and folded cute little towel dolls for us. Thanks you!

Had a wonderful stay with my small family at Xiamen Swiss Grand. The check in was very quick and the receptionist was so kind and tried to use English with us even though we can speak Chinese 😍. All their staff were so professional starting from the hotel car boy till the Ayi. Hygiene is so great. Room was very spacious with fantastic sea view. Not to forget the mouthwatering breakfast: OMG so many varieties especially western, we enjoyed the pastries most. All amenities are available here even kids can enjoy 3 hours playing for free, Yuna is the responsibile there and provided great service for the kids. Late checkout too without any disturbance to hurry up like some other hotels do. Price is affordable: you get what you pay for. It's recommended. Thank you Swiss Grand

This is my worst stay ever.
Firstly, found a live cockroach on the bed crawling around. Called front desk to complain and they changed room, promising to shift all the luggage to the new room by the time I return later in the day(at night).
Upon returning the new room key was not ready. After getting the key to the new room, the luggages were not in the room. Time is now 1215am. The staff had ample time to shift the luggage. Stay or rather stay away.
