The location is excellent. Not too far from the main shopping belt and close proximity to train station, shopping mall, food and shopping. Excellent service by hotel. Good amenities with gym, pool and love the self service laundry with thoughtful addition of steamer. The washing machine does not come with detergent but they have a kiosk that you can purchase.
The room is good. Bed firmness just nice. Pillow too soft. But they able to provide buckwheat pillow. Service was very fast. Only thing I didn't like is that the air con vent is old and have a light rattling sound throughout the night. I had to put on a ear plug to sleep. I am a light sleeper. But my husband slept well without issue. TV channel selection all locals and international news channel. Choices are limited. Reputable hotel. Happy to stay again. Special mention to Lucy from housekeeping who checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable.
I requested to change room because the first room smelled bad and they promptly changed for me.

We had an excellent stay at Millennium Harborview Hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Few minutes walk to Zhongshan Street and Next to the subway station.

I stayed at the 16/F with my elderly mom and she enjoyed her stay. The room was newly refurbished and the view was nice.
The hotel is right next to a big mall and a major shopping street, super convenient. The buffet breakfast featured western and local xiamen style food.
The service was great and the receptionists can speak English. Shoutout to Jerry, thank you for the help my mom needed!

Hotel is very old. Walking distance to Zhongshan Road walking street. Pillows & mattress not comfortable. No standing shower cubicle, only bathtub provided. Aircon centrally controlled & can’t be adjusted below 22 degrees during winter. Feedback to housekeeping and a standing fan was sent. Hard to sleep with the sound of fan. Was sweating under the thick blanket even though a small window was opened to let in cool air. Stayed 1 night & cancelled booking for the next 2 days with the help of Trip.

Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg.
Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff!
Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!
