As a traveler navigating unfamiliar territory, encountering an angelic presence can make all the difference. During my stay at the Wyndham Grand Plaza, I was blessed to meet Angel ia member of the housekeeping staff.
Navigating a foreign land where the language barrier can seem insurmountable, Angel effortlessly bridged the gap, guiding me through the intricacies of the hotel with grace and patience. Despite my inability to speak Chinese, she went above and beyond, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was not only comfortable but truly exceptional.
From arranging spa appointments to going the extra mile on her day off to assist with transportation through DIDI, her dedication to ensuring my needs were met was nothing short of extraordinary. Her willingness to extend herself beyond the call of duty exemplifies the epitome of hospitality.
Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend the Wyndham Grand Plaza to any traveler seeking not only luxurious accommodations but also the presence of angels who embody the true spirit of hospitality. My experience was elevated by the presence of this remarkable individual, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

A little rough around the edges, particularly when it comes to service. Although, the concierge staff were pretty helpful. The restaurants are a mixed bag, the Japanese place is great. Nice views of the harbour, but a bit of a journey to most of the local attractions. Rooms are about what you'd expect from a place like this. Overall...pretty average. Could probably do better at the price point, but could definitely do worse.
