Reached hotel at 1am, hotel receptionist Xiao Chen upgraded our room to non-smoking room and help us to order food delivery, as well as booking transport for us to go airport in the morning 630am. Short stay but greatly appreciated the hospitality of the hotel with a cute robot for food delivery.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Xiamen. The customer service is five stars. I was really impressed with Shane's service. He provided me with solutions when I asked for help during my check-in process. When I entered my room, I was surprised by the complimentary local fruits they provided to welcome us. The room is clean and nice. It's perfect for family or business trips. The location is close to the airport and some local attractions. The hotel provided us with transportation to the airport, which was easy for us."
All the staff there are well trained and friendly, which makes me feel welcomed. During the check-out process, there is a young girl at the reception counter (sorry, I don't know her name). She is providing good service for our airport car arrangement.
I Definately coming back again. Thanks for the service

While the hotel may not be that fanciful, the staff service more than made up for it. Was surprised to see that the double beds in the room I originally booked was too small, and I requested if we could change. Louis (陈俊鹏) at the front desk promptly attended to my request and we were given a free upgrade to a bigger room after he spoke with his manager. The housekeeping lady was also nice and helpful to help set up the room on short notice

Hotel is close to the airport but still quite a walk away. Be aware that smoking is allowed in some rooms. We got a smoking room and it was quite noticeable, but we were too tired to ask for a change, since we arrived very late.
Positive: modern hotel, large rooms.
Negative: short bed, if you are ＞6 ft or 1.83m you will have a bad time.

The airport pick up and drop off are very efficient. Front desk staffs are very helpful. The room and hallway are clean and beautifully decorated. It was wonderful experience!!
