有蟑螂，超級臟，地板也臟，説白了哪裡都臟。昨天凌晨三四點，我發現房間裏面有蟑螂，以後我就立馬打電話給前台，前台還是一個男的，我讓他上來幫我弄一下這個蟑螂他總是愛答不理的，不想處理，還説我們酒店所有的房間都是有蟑螂的，你自己下來我幫你換個房間得了。我説那個蟑螂就在門口那裡爬來爬去我不敢，然後他也沒處理，我忍着害怕收拾行李呀，然後趕緊就下樓去，我説讓他給我退款，你這個酒店每個房間都有蟑螂，我不敢睡。他説退不了，我説你是老闆嗎？他説不是，我説那你打電話給老闆，他説打不了。就是不想處理，後面我就説那我就舉報你們了，他説你隨便舉報啊。所以凌晨三四點我就拖着行李箱和大包小包的被嚇的心理陰影，連其他酒店都不敢住了。後面還發現手上還有被咬的包不知道是什麼東西咬的。人家12315直接不處理12345隻能備案，後面隨便找了一個網吧上網。真的以後不敢來廈門旅遊了害怕。

房間差的一塌糊塗 平台給我補的幾十塊 一百二十多的房間，空調是壞的，剛開了幾十秒又不工作了 喊前台來搞搞不了 讓給我換個房間也不給換 無語 ，千萬別來 。。。。。。。

晚上還蠻安靜，周邊吃的也很多，離地鐵站很近幾分鐘的路程，特別是對面還有個超市，買個水果啥的方便，前台有個小姐姐服務特別好，8月5號值班的小姐姐人特別好，性價比不錯，推薦。

非常差的酒店，晚上有幾個酒鬼聊天，隔音效果極差，交通還算方便走路到地鐵5分鐘左右，房間很臟，如果不是在附近出差辦事，絕不再住這家。

在火炬園地鐵站附近，交通還算便利，門口馬路打車出行很方便。衹有二樓，晚上睡覺有一點噪音，前台服務態度不錯。就是浴室沒有門有點尷尬。
