Molly has been exceptional for us. She is attentive, responsive and meticulous during our entire stay at Loh Kah. From the day one she has been constantly checking in on us to make sure that all needs are taken care of. And even to the last day when we check off the hotel, she volunteered to take a couple photo for us, to really help us sum up the hotel stay in a very nice and romantic manner, something that we do appreciate a lot about. The hotel stay has been great as well. The water treatment, SPA has been a great experience for us and at the the treatment is free of charge so we really get to really experience it. The whole state has been very scenic, comfortable and well thought of so we would definitely come back to Loh Kah again

The environment immediately puts you at ease, whether you’re here for rest or work. What truly elevates the experience is the service, especially from Chloe at the front desk. She’s consistently gone above and beyond, handling work-related requests with warmth, precision, and grace. From managing last-minute needs, to helping with unforeseen logistics issues, she makes every stay seamless, which has made such a difference for me.

Nico and Snow were very friendly and professional, highly recommended, the best hotel in Xiamen, the hotel is very aesthetic and amenities were great. The breakfast is also good and the whole place smells really nice.

Everything other than breakfast is perfect. The location provides a chill experience, not for travellers looking to pack attractions into their itinerary though

I’d come back to Xiamen just to stay in this hotel!
The amenities are great, the wellness area has sauna, cold warm dip pools, and an outdoor pool. Design and details of the hotel are top-notch. Dyson hairdryer, Diptyque soap, different complimentary activities throughout the week and day.
The room is very clean, the service staff attention to details are great. Went there to celebrate our birthday and anniversary, and they even gave us a handwritten card. Very sweet. Will definitely return to this hotel if I visit Xiamen again.

Really enjoy the stay. The room is beautiful and service is great. My service ambassador Lana ( Wenli) attended to me with great care. She booked me “Sailing Experience “ and walked me all the way to the deck. When I asked for extra tea cup in the room, she also brought me special mineral water just for tea (泡茶专用水) very impressed.
