The hotel is great. The stuff very friendly. There is a washing machine. I was wrong with the location - it was far from all tourist attractions. My room didn’t have a window. I chose it myself but it is not easy to live in a room with no window. A learning for me.

The receptionist was not helpful, a bit rude. Hotel has no lift. The room is smelly even though we booked a non-smoking room. The water was broken, the temperature keeps changing from super hot to cold, from cold to hot. Not consistent. The room was also cold. Not recommended.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. My child ran out of pens for exams and homework, so I asked the guy at the front desk for one. He went to get it for us right away. Thank you so much.
We stayed there for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. The main hotel location is in front of Exit 2 of the Houpu subway. It is convenient to go everywhere. It is only 10 steps away from the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. The environment is very good. The room is also very clean.
