特別不好，溢價也太嚴重，根本不可能漲到五百六+，想退也不給退還要違約金，很離譜。衞生環境也不好，隔音不好，隔光也不好。都睡不着，洗漱間特別小，一不小心就能踩坑裡那種。。。。吐槽不動了

位置很偏僻，就是公寓改的民宿，裏面設施非常老舊，衞生間連沖水的都沒有，一股怪味。裏面啥也沒有，電視都是壞的。服務衞生設施位置都是差的不行。純粹的誘導加欺騙
