The communication level of the front desk is poor. She speaks like a prison administrator rather than a hotel service staff. It would be fine if she could get things done with her poor attitude, but the key is that she is extremely rigid in handling problems. She will not stop until the customers are mad enough to vomit blood. I always encounter customers arguing with her every time I go in and out.
