Although there was a heavy rain on the day of my arrival, the view from my private balcony was worth to visit.
It is not easy to get there on the first visit, the host may pick you up at the ferry terminal. He was kind and helpful. My friend and I visited a seafood restaurant which he recommended, and had a satisfying experience there. But those who don't speak Chinese may have a tough time to communicate.

The hotel is beautiful, it does follow the style of the whole area. The staff was also wonderful. We had troubles booking the ferry to the island, and they were kind enough to follow along our situation and eventually be the ones who solved it.
The view from the terrace is spectacular, our room even had an automatic roof view. I wish we knew that sooner, as we only stayed for one night and couldn't enjoy the night sky.
