The room is nice, the landlord is very welcoming, it's my first time staying here and I feel really good, the transportation is convenient, it's close to SM Plaza, and there are many delicious foods downstairs. Highly recommended!

房東姐姐人很好。房間也乾淨。是公寓式租房的這種。在SM附近出行都很方便。地鐵打車都方便，樓下便利店跟吃的也很多。商圈附近也好逛。最主要價格便宜！很適合短期來玩的我就呆了兩天。不然長住也不錯。還有洗衣機冰箱。化粧桌。要是有全身鏡就更好了！！！整體還是不錯的。出去吃夜宵打包回來的東西沒微波爐熱房東姐姐也很貼心的幫忙熱了。人很熱情！！有需要下次還訂！

民宿地理位置好，離公交站和地鐵都很近，去那裡玩都方便。樓下有很多好吃的店，房間乾淨整潔，這個價真的很值，經濟實惠！房東人不錯，有問必答，辦事效率高。有機會還會來！

房間是臨時定的，房東姐姐服務態度很好，特意跑一趟給我錄訊息，房間整體來説比較乾淨，看得出來房源很新，由於我臨時入住第二天趕車就沒有拍照片，房源跟圖片一模一樣，洗手間設施相對老舊，我選了最角落的房間，很安靜，睡得很好，一切都好。

優點：房間還是很大的，還帶陽台。近地鐵，周邊餐飲，購物很方便，有大商業體，大超市。缺點：裝修是很多很多年前的，可能以前是長租公寓。床頭沒插座，拉了一個插線板，我是第一次看到這種操作。還有房間內的燈開關沒幾個是正常的，有幾個按不動，老舊。瓶裝水沒提供。如果老闆再提升一下軟件設施，如面板，燈換一下，還是不錯的
