However, it is 2.2 kilometers away from Guanren Metro Station. Basically, I took a taxi to and from the subway station and Gaoqi Airport these two days. Service: The front desk lady Liliya who was responsible for checking in on the first day was very good. Not only did she take the initiative to help upgrade the room type, but she also added WeChat to communicate with me in order to ensure the executive lounge matters later. The concierge Asher accompanied me all the way to complete the check-in process, which was very considerate. The executive floor on the 28th floor where I stayed was very quiet, and the aunt in the customer service department would take the initiative to greet the guests, which was a big plus. Lounge: Since I bought the executive privileges for this experience, I felt it in the lounge. Unfortunately, the afternoon tea and happy hour experience were very average. There were not many choices for afternoon tea, and the lounge staff did not feel very enthusiastic. It felt like everyone was in a state of mutual adjustment. Additional details: There is a brother wearing glasses in the concierge department who will still pay attention to customers coming in and out when communicating with other staff members, and will greet them warmly. The next morning, after breakfast on the 5th floor, I went to the front desk to confirm the check-out time. A long-haired lady took the initiative to help with the delayed check-out, and her words were professional. Most of the staff in and out of the hotel concierge will greet you warmly and proactively. Of course, there are also cases where guests pretend to look down and don't see, and the attitude and quality of the staff's service are uneven. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. I still like the new design style of Sheraton, and I look forward to experiencing Xiamen Jimei Sheraton again after running-in.

It was a perfect stay. The front desk receptionist, the concierge on the first floor, and the room cleaner all had received rigorous training and were polite, generous, and enthusiastic, making people feel warm and comfortable. The quality of the restaurant's breakfast and the chef's proactive service awareness were also satisfactory. I decided to become a member on the spot.
