My experience here was so amazing. The service great, and it felt just like home. The food taste was rich and flavourful, there were so many varieties of colourful food and drinks. The hotel itself felt so nice, and the hotel room felt nicer. I loved the bathtub. the bed was so soft. I hope i can come back soon.
The bathtub felt just like a hot tub, and the design of the room was great. The view was extraordinary and I was able not only to see the whole place, but also feel like i was flying. The organisation of the objects were not only great, but they were genius. The design of the whole room left me and my family speechless.
The food in the buffet was so good and i loved the look of everything set up. The choices were infinite and I was able not only eat but to enjoy every bite.

The service here is truly outstanding, from the front desk staff to room service, and even the helpful little robot – all our requests were met promptly. However, the rooms are quite old and definitely in need of renovation. Despite the dated accommodations, the excellent service alone earns this place a five-star rating.

I made a special trip from Quanzhou to Xiamen just to unwind. Huge thanks to our butler, Zoey, for her thoughtful arrangements. We received a complimentary room upgrade during the off-season, and I was also able to request a 3 PM late check-out because I wanted to catch a nap. It was so incredibly comfortable and relaxing! I'll definitely be back!

An absolutely fantastic stay!! From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, the service was outstanding, right through from luggage handling and check-in to the butler service. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We stayed in a twin sea-view room, which was spacious, bright, and comfortably furnished with excellent amenities. They even provided a generous selection of complimentary summer drinks. Highly recommend!!!
