VISHAN Garden Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the attentive staff and their speedy response to every request. Whether it was extra amenities or assistance with directions, the team was always friendly, professional, and efficient—making my stay truly comfortable. The location is perfectly convenient, right in the heart of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street! Surrounded by shopping, dining, and entertainment options, everything was just steps away. Despite the bustling area, the soundproofing was amazing—I couldn’t hear any outside noise, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, unbeatable location, and superb comfort. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit! 10/10 experience! 👏🏼

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Xiamen. This hotel is perfectly located right on the main street in the central area of Xiamen, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, perfectly clean and featured a very comfortable bed along with a wide range of accessories.The staff were kind, professional and spoke English. For guests who speak other languages, translation tools are also available, which is very useful. Access is quite easy: during the day you can enter through the connected mall (Laiya Department Store - Siming Branch), if you're arriving late at night, there’s a secure side entrance that leads directly to the elevators. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, the bar and dining area near the check-in hall looked spacious and well-stocked with a variety of options. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the gift box of local sweets we received at checkout, an unexpected and very appreciated surprise. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen and the surrounding area.

The crew members were friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the location was convenient—everything was perfect. I especially loved the bathtub on the balcony. Highly recommended! Additionally, this hotel is baby-friendly. They provided special tableware for babies, and the crew members were so kind to our child. They even gave us a balloon, which our baby absolutely loved. On the day of our checkout, it was raining heavily. One of the female crew members, who was wearing contact lenses and had her hair pinned up with a clip, kindly brought us an umbrella. She found us outside and walked us to the taxi while holding the umbrella over us, making sure we could get in safely. Her kindness truly touched our hearts. We were deeply grateful for her thoughtful gesture. 工作人员非常友好，房间既美丽又干净，地理位置也很方便，一切都很完美。阳台上的浴缸特别棒！强烈推荐！ 此外，这家酒店非常适合带宝宝入住。他们提供婴儿专用餐具，工作人员也对宝宝特别友善。他们还送了气球给宝宝，宝宝非常喜欢！ 退房当天，外面下着大雨。一位女性工作人员（戴着隐形眼镜，头上夹着发夹）特意带着雨伞找到我们，并一直撑着伞护送我们到出租车上，确保我们能顺利离开。她的善意让我们深受感动，真的非常感谢她的贴心举动！

My stay in this hotel was a really pleasant one! Like what most reviews mentioned, the service in this hotel is impeccable! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. One of the staff (named Huang Tiefeng 黄铁锋）gone the extra mile to help me locate my parcel amongst hundreds of parcels at the dark and stuffy collection point when the tag was faulty. Wanted to tip him but he kindly refused. Very grateful for his excellent service. Location of hotel is perfect. Just 8 min walk to Metro Line 1 and many eateries in the vicinity. One thing which really stood out was, instead of using air fresheners, buckets of tea twigs were heated up along the corridors, giving a very pleasant tea fragrance throughout the hotel! Love the natural fragrance and it’s indeed very uplifting and refreshing! I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Xiamen to stay in this hotel. The best service I’ve ever got in a hotel!

Great hidden gem. Location is great, but taking a cab can be a pickle on a busy day. Vibrant district. The rooms are fantastic

It was a really nice experience visiting this place. Everyone was so kind and willing to help. The room was clean and neat. I’d definitely like to stay here again.
