This is the most comfortable homestay we stayed in when we came to Xiamen. The first and most important thing is that it is big enough, estimated to be about 50 square meters, and the ceiling is high enough, so it is not at all overwhelming to have a duplex. We stayed here for two days, one day in the sea view duplex and one day in the city view duplex. The city view duplex is on the 3rd floor, the room is bigger, and the second floor can not only accommodate a double bed, but also a table and chairs. The second point is that it is fully equipped, with a drum washing machine, kitchen range hood, bathroom heater and even an electric clothes drying rack, a coffee table, a dining table, a sofa, and a wardrobe. It is suitable for permanent residence. It is also equipped with disposable bath towels, toiletries, and I even have four or five bottles of mineral water. I doubt whether the boss will lose money if I spend more than 100 yuan to live in such a house. In short, it is very, very ideal.
