應該是新裝修的酒店，設備都很新，房間氛圍很不錯。酒店服務人員態度很好，服務也不錯。商務出行入住很舒適。

房間不能保證質量，同一房型套內面積也會差很多，住過幾天大床房房型，每次的房間號不一樣，但是也能瞭解大床房的床是1.5m的，這個肯定沒問題，而且大床房也有配備一個沙發和桌子。但是昨晚給我的那個房間是最尾的房間，房間內有一大面牆體，桌子也換成了小桌子，沒有沙發。晚上八點多入住的，結果房間內的洗手盆那裡還有黑色污垢，衞生間那裡有腳印，浴室🈶水漬。跟前台反饋，前台雖答應換房，但是態度很不好，説我原本定的就是這間房。我之前也有定過這個酒店的這個房型，我當然知道這些房型的差距呀。最基礎的房型跟，高一級的房型是差不多的，我三個等級的房都住過，這一間的確是各方面最差的。我沒有去記昨晚工作人員的名字，總之服務很差。後面換了房之後，我出門了一趟，沒帶房卡，找她重製一過卡，她制卡失敗了，導致我刷不上電梯，我回來跟她説重置一下房卡。她就跟我説卡是好的，我説可是刷不上電梯，但是她還是跟我説卡是好的，剛剛成功了。我就跟她説你給我重置一下，我剛剛耍了兩遍豆刷不上電梯。真的制卡好了回刷不上電梯嗎？她瞪了我一眼，不情願多重置了房卡。真無語。他們家的前台人員不會培訓微笑服務嗎？今天果斷換了旁邊的酒店，服務特別好，而且價位也差不多。輕居酒店的前台還會主動問好，見我拿錯卡刷不上電梯，主動跑過來電梯這裏給我換卡。全季麻煩你學習一下。

這家全季中規中矩，早餐特別少，沒啥吃的，服務也一般！沒啥服務可言，工作人員不懂變通，商務豪華的區別就是樓層不一樣，低樓層很吵，一夜醒好幾次！

和老伴來廈門旅遊度假，選擇了這家酒店的商務雙床房，結果它給了我們很多驚喜 ，乾淨整潔的客房，房間內空氣清新（可開窗通風），智能控制的燈光，窗簾，電視，空調，智能馬桶，所有設施都是新的，乾淨好用，最主要的是非常安靜，客房之間的隔音非常好，客房窗户不臨街。酒店的客服，餐廳服務員和工作人員都很有禮貌，微笑服務，特別是前台的小林姑娘，服務熱情，回答問題講解細緻周到，讓我們的這次旅居感到非常的舒適和温暖，所以我們準備再多住些日子。
這家酒店雖然客房窗户不臨街，但酒店位置臨街，出行方便，它位於廈門軟件園區，避免了景點周圍遊客集中的區域，很清凈，但是它離周邊的公交地鐵車站特別近，到島內任何地方都非常方便，推薦這家酒店給想來廈門休閑度假朋友。

酒店新的，還是比較乾淨，樓層高度比較低，前台配備人員很多，但服務一般，説好延時到2點，房卡衹給12點，前台開盤還不能確認，要看訂單，這點服務很差，預訂要仔細看，大床房，特別彆扭，要選高級大床房。兩台電梯不聯動，等候不方便，全季這樣下去，真的跟開盲盒一樣

雖然是新店但是房間沒有什麼味道，感覺比平時住的酒店都更舒適，房間暖氣也很足一點沒有冬天的感覺，前台小姐姐還給送了水果，很好吃，下次來廈門還住這裏
