這房型應該是屬於套房.客廳跟房間分開的,應該是屬於市中心位置，距離景點都很近，廈門該去的打卡地方感覺都在3公里左右，離高鐵站也就十幾分鍾機場二十分鐘吧，房型為兩室一廳，面積寬敞，設施齊全廚房配置應有盡有,周邊配套設施完善旁邊就是公園，下樓就有公交站交通便利，是理想的出行旅遊長居很好的選擇。
