住過那麼多家漢庭這家設施比較齊全 好像是新開業的店衞生和環境都很好 房間也比較大 房間風格是粉色的 很好看 我是國慶出門遊玩的 前台態度也非常好 看我是外地來的還給我耐心介紹廈門好玩的地方 退房的時候看我行李比較多還幫我拿行李 真心推薦！！！

酒店前台服務很好，交通很方便，出門就有公交車站距離地鐵站也才不到500米，洗衣房有自清潔消毒功能很方便還有洗衣袋，乾淨又衞生，非常值得來。

1.前台態度惡劣2.訂單上未顯示暗窗，來後跟我説：我訂的暗窗，也衹有暗窗。（暗房空氣不好，還有別的異味！）3.詢問後，前台甩鍋給平台，説衹有他們自己的平台才是有效有用的，其他都是中介平台，不歸他們管。4.外賣12:28分送達，機器人1:11分才送到房間，冷都冷掉了，做不到配送就不要不讓外賣員送。作為一個服務行業，沒有培訓就上崗，全程沒有一點歉意，我不訂他們平台就是活該訂到暗房。大家訂房要去他們平台訂，不然訂到暗房就是活該！！！！

從海口飛廈門去看十個勤天演唱會的，特意找了機場附近的酒店，這家漢庭酒店靠近3號地鐵站，離場館就7站，去高崎機場打車十幾分鍾，去哪裡都很近。除了便利，還有環境特別好，除了早上會有大巴車喇叭會吵！總體還算不錯的，乾淨，安全。品牌酒店就是不一樣，我定的雙床房，跟另外一個家禾拼房，兩晚人均200不到，算是很便宜的了，酒店很新，房間也很大，住的很舒服！最重要的是服務特別好，我要在這裏實名錶揚23號晚上來幫我們修電視的前台小姐姐和小哥哥！！然後那個紅茶包很好喝，走的時候還送了我幾包，很不錯！！以後來廈門還要來你們酒店住！！

來廈門旅遊，因為來得比較晚就選了機場附近的酒店，看到這家新開的好像還不錯就選了這邊，沒有讓我失望，很不錯，房間挺大，打掃衞生的大姐也很熱情，主動詢問我們是不是需要收拾垃圾什麼的，很不錯
