This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
We stayed 4 nights with two different designs of rooms.
This hotel was very stylish and clean as I expected.
Highly recommended!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to 李李， she help received my parcel and because we have extra two more medium luggage on the last day, she very helpful and help us call the special taxi with great price to airport.
I hope I will have a chance to return to this hotel in future.
This was our first time traveling to China. We have very good memories of this trip. We met a lot of nice people in China.

A very new hotel. Everything worths the price and is up to standard, especially the shower. It’s definitely one of the best shower amenities I’ve ever used. The service is excellent and staff was attentive.
Just one thing, it’s very close to the walking street. It was very noisy before the stores closed (11pm) and after they opened (9am), which means you couldn’t sleep early or sleep in in the morning. Otherwise, the location is probably the most convenient.

Service was superb! The staff at the concierge were super friendly, eager to assist at anytime.
Hotel comes equipped with laundry room, which is a plus point for families.
Gifted local snacks at checkout. 满满的人情味！
Rooms were clean, service was great.
There's breakfast at the hotel, you can pay for it at the concierge. Spread is reasonable, if you are into Chinese local fare. From peanut soup to braised fish, the hotel had it covered.
It will be my No.1 choice should I visit Xiamen again.

We booked a room with a king bed and a double bed in the mezzanine. The staff was super helpful from check in right to check out, including helping us book a taxi to the pier. The room is really spacious and the location is superb, being right on the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. I highly recommend this hotel!

Super recommend this hotel to those who are planning for Xiamen trip. The location of the hotel is strategic. Just a 2-3mins walk to ZhongShan street. The interior design of the hotel is as pretty as what you can see from the photos. Perfect colour scheme for the rooms and common areas. Excellent services from all the friendly staffs. Clean room and AI Xiao Wei in the room is always ready to help.

I had an amazing stay at Vishan Hotel! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to the night shift staff member who went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t get lost. He patiently guided us on how to buy tickets for local attractions, showing genuine care for our well-being. The front desk staff was equally helpful, ensuring all our needs were met. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with Xiao Wei, the robot assistant, adding a unique touch to the experience. The housekeeping staff was always polite, keeping everything spotless. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort!

Excellent location on 中山路pedestrian street! It is a very clean with a spacious room and our AI room assistant is fun! Staff at front desk is super friendly and helpful in every possible way. We did not have a local phone number so it was hard to book a one day tour to 土樓and they helped us booked it online which saved us money and time. Overall we were very happy during our 4 nights stay and will return again in the future! We really appreciate their service and their attention to details of the property!
