不愧是希爾頓歡朋的水準，前台服務非常專業，還幫忙升級房間，房間設施設備非常完善，全屋智能非常不錯，隔音效果也可以，早餐廳非常有特色可以旋轉還有一些廈門的當地特色，酒店距離各個景點也非常便利步行十分鐘左右即可到達地鐵站，非常不錯的酒店下次還會選擇這一家

前台小姐姐服務很專業，辦理入住也是非常的快速，還免費升級了房型，阿姨，打掃的房間很乾凈，房間非常的大，寬敞明亮，地理位置也是很優越，去哪的話都是很方便，離各個景點都算是比較近的，酒店的早餐的話是在34樓頂樓，環境還不錯，可以看得到湖景，對面的話，還有個小吃街，挺方便的，離萬象城也很近，步行大概十分鐘左右就到，總體感覺不錯。

設施：新裝修，智能控制，很適合年輕人，就是信號不夠好，投屏老掉線衞生：還算比較乾淨，毛巾什麼的都很白，很新。環境：環境很好，早餐廳環境不錯，視野很開闊。服務：前台主動升級了房間給好評，房間裏的小標簽自己寫的很用心，退房的阿姨也很熱情，主動問好，開啟美好的心情，但是早餐就很不好了，10點10分左右上去，基本上都見底了，然後所有服務人員忙着收拾餐具，沒有一個人在關注顧客需要吃什麼，指引一下顧客，走了一圈，就撿了一點蔬菜，考了一塊麪包，冰冷的南瓜粥的小米還有一股陳舊的米的味道，收費108一位的早餐，還不如花15塊吃一碗麪，第一次在希爾頓歡朋吃到這樣的早餐……

全國大大小小住了很多家希爾頓歡朋，這家的話也是不錯的，是換盆的水準，地理位置也是非常的優越，在市中心點出行非常的方便，房間的話也是非常的寬敞，尤其是在市中心位置，能有這麼大的一個房間，阿姨打掃的也是非常的乾淨，餐廳的話是比較有特色的，在頂樓還是個會旋轉的餐廳，前台的工作人員服務也是非常的專業，標準非常的好，住得挺舒適的，總體的話感覺是非常的棒的。

這家歡朋一如既往沒有讓我失望。位置很好，晚上入住以後輕鬆步行到背面到湖濱公園，安靜舒適。酒店很新，硬件沒有問題，電動窗簾，裝修也都用在刀口上，夜間有感應夜燈。前台服務熱情，還給了運動受傷的小朋友一次性碘伏和冰袋，很貼心。酒店早餐在34樓頂樓環境不錯，口味一般吧。

The staff upgraded my room from without window to with window, and proceeded with quick check-in once arrival, very efficient, good job! Also very happy with the cleanness and auto-equipped amenities The breakfast has varied spread but not that attractive, especially for western options (eg.no cheese spread), the kitchen may consider to provide more bread options for those bread lovers 😋
