住這個酒店很意外，因為原來想續住酒店沒有房了，所以找了這個。這個屬於華僑大學學術交流中心那種地方，房間挺大的，而且漲價不多，服務也可以，不過給人感覺就是這個酒店並沒有想在這個假期賺太多錢，不過對比價格來説，別的都不重要了

酒店大氣上檔次，過年很多酒店都瘋漲，但這個酒店價格還是很穩定，就這點就打個五分。環境不錯，乾淨整潔，早餐也很豐富。華僑大學可以幫忙預約。離集美學村也不遠，挺好。

性價比比較高的酒店，安靜，乾淨，舒服。
外賣可以送到酒店門口，需要下樓自取。
門口有公交站，北邊有華僑大學BRT車站（行程最後一天才發現），南邊的天橋有很多共享單車。
酒店對面的小區穿過去就是海上自行車道。北邊有幾個商場，稍微有點距離。南邊是集美學村，騎車、打車都很方便。
工作人員的態度非常好，很細心也很有耐心。

在大學校園裡的酒店，衞生設施不用説挺好的，就是直接導航找不到，打電話給前台後就找到地方了，酒店裡麪停車也方便。可能節日出遊人太多，早餐相對比較普通，能有更豐富菜品就更好了。
