廈門悦海酒店前台無人負責，服務缺失。房間臟亂差，衞生狀況堪憂。位置偏僻，交通不便。總體感受非常非常非常差。

酒店離廈門站步行十幾分鍾，房間還可以吧，有一個沙發，酒店的被子很薄，被子不是很乾凈，也有一點異味，晾衣架很臟，衞生間地面一般，整體入住不是很理想，淡季，酒店空房多早上離酒店，下午回來，想上個廁所，都説沒廁所，不讓上，詢問了是不是入住過，才説借用給

説實話 沒有遇到過這麼差的.進門就有蟑螂滿地爬迎接你.衞生間有找不到源頭的屎味.床底一大把不知名臟東西.半夜不間斷的有呼呼呼的奇怪聲音.衹要是金屬製品基本都是生銹的.熱水器是懸掛在外面的儲水式熱水器.水量少.衞生間有頭髮.電視不能用.沒有WiFi.空調無法調温.製冷非常慢.而且噪音業非常大.房間沒有隔音.很遠有人説話都聽的見.

房間較舊了，牆面有些發黴，好在房間較大，離火車站走路大概十幾分鍾，也還方便，下面有吃飯的地方。。。。。。

房間很舊，櫃子甚至有蛛絲，牆皮、地板都脱落卷邊了，窗簾角落還有一大灘不明液體，有塊牆腳邊邊紅紅的。距離火車站有一定距離，步行大概需要20多分鐘左右，導航有點難找，在信月佳便利店邊上樓上，房間隔音也不太行。

坑人，房間圖片都是假的，床是唯一乾淨點的地方，其他地方都好臟，窗簾都是濕的，穿着外套湊合了一晚，臉上不知道給什麼咬的兩個包……

前台經常沒有人，地下、桌子、櫃子佈滿塵埃，礦泉水、沐浴露、洗髮水、紙巾通通沒有提供，沒有人主動過來打掃收拾，東西也非常破舊！
