服務很好，房間清潔衞生，一切都好。唯一不足就是要爬上五六階樓梯，辦好入住，又要拿行李再下另外五六階樓梯去坐電梯。對於象我們二人有二個拖運大行李，二個隨身行李的話，就有點辛苦。幸虧前台小哥幫忙拿行李，一直送我們到18樓。這次訂的1840一房一廳，很乾凈，空調也很夠力，冰箱也很大…一切都好。對於行李不多的話，住這裏很好👌下次來廈門我還會選這裏

服務態度太差，7 點多入住一開始安排個連被褥都沒有的房間，一股甲醛味，後來換了個房間等密碼從晚上 7 點等到 9 點才給密碼，估計是二房東問大房東，極其不方便，更可氣的是深夜回酒店居然密碼被換了，也沒通知住户，一兩點鐘等了 20 多分鐘脾氣不好的估計要打人了，也不通知住户

房間設施齊全，有配備空調，洗衣機，冰箱，和高配置電腦，打了一晚上游戲也不會卡頓。衞生乾淨整潔，環境很好，隔音效果不錯，晚上睡得很舒服。服務周到，前台工作人員很熱情。停車也非常方便，酒店門口就可以停，滿分推薦，下次還會來住！

在萬達廣場附近、有很多美食店、還可以去萬達逛街房間寬敞明亮，備有舒適的床舖和豪華的浴室設備。服務人員態度親切周到，讓人感到宾至如歸。飯店提供的各項設施和服務都令人滿意，都能滿足不同客人的需求。整體而言，這次住宿體驗非常愉快，我會毫不猶豫地推薦這家飯店給身邊的朋友和家人。
