I booked this hotel because it offers a free shuttle service to & from the concert venue. The location isn’t close to tourist areas, so it’s relatively quiet—perfect for business travelers. The daily breakfast is great, and the 沙茶 noodles are a must-try! The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are spotless. My only complaint is that concert-related freebies were only available at the counter, so if you didn’t proactively pick them up, you might miss out, as we did - we were at the back of the crowd to let others go first, thinking there’d be plenty, but by our turn, everything was gone. It would be much better if these items were placed in rooms for a more personalized touch.

The room is modern and new, everything works really well, looks like it was studied to fit the furniture and it paid back, room is cozy, charming, modern and nice, feels more spacious that's actually is.

It was a very satisfying stay. I came to see Joker Xue's concert in Xiamen. The hotel customized the concert ticket stub, and there was a small card of Joker Xue's Weibo in the room card. They also provided a free shuttle bus for the concert, which made my concert trip very smooth. After the concert, they also prepared porridge and side dishes, which can be said to be very considerate! The room is very large, the hygiene is very good, and the sound insulation is also very good. The hotel staff also helped me buy taro cakes and pumpkin cakes. I am really grateful! I will give priority to Atour when traveling in the future. It is really good!

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in total. The room was very clean. When I was on a business trip or took my wife and children out to play, Atour was usually my first choice! There were suppers at night, and the breakfast was also quite good. It was a newly renovated store with convenient parking. I was quite satisfied with the service at the front desk. A handsome guy explained it to us! They were busy but also very patient! When I checked out, the lady also gave candy to the children and hot mineral water, which was full of details! All takeouts were delivered to the room by robots.

It was my first time staying at Xiang'an Atour Hotel. The attitude of the hotel staff was comparable to that of a five-star hotel, attentive and considerate! The hotel also had midnight snacks after 9:30 p.m., and I ate and drank a lot every day during the trip. It was so comfortable to drink some porridge before going to bed! The lobby has a strong cultural atmosphere, and there are many books to borrow, which feels a bit like a book bar... The overall feeling of this stay is still good, and I look forward to seeing you next time!

The stay at Atour was very comfortable. The room was spacious, the decoration style was modern and simple, the TV projection at night was very atmospheric, the breakfast variety was rich in the same hotel, the taste was very good, special mention to the auntie who cooked noodles, the shacha noodles were super nice, I saw the auntie making them by hand, I quickly came to try them, the service was very warm and sincere. I thought the hotel's late night porridge was only porridge and side dishes, but I didn't expect there were some steamed and fried food. After working all day, it was very comfortable to come back and eat something light, not bad. There are also free laundry + drying services and food delivery robots. In short, it was a very good experience (✿◡‿◡).

The hotel also has many varieties of breakfast, which are quite rich. Breakfast can be eaten until 11 o'clock on holidays. It's almost like eating lunch together. This is great, because many hotels are out of food at 9:30, this detail is great. In short, I am very satisfied.

Before checking in, the hotel front desk specifically called to ask what time to arrive at the hotel. Because I was traveling by car, they also told me the driving route, which was really considerate! They also asked about the room requirements. Although it has just opened, there is no smell in the guest room. The front desk buddy arranged a room facing the community.
