衞生：比較一般，床單有污物，給老闆説能不能換，老闆説阿姨都是換了的，洗不掉，就沒換，還有就是這邊蟲比較多，一晚上看見了7－8條，因為我是南方人見過這種蟲還不害怕但是入住還是謹慎考慮一下，因為是在廈門最後一天就沒仔細瞭解酒店，所以住一晚上忍了，但是廈門還是有其他好民宿之類

設施：設備都是新的 可以投影電視 有吹風機燒水壺空調 衞生：乾淨 衞生可以衞生間也有窗户可以通風 環境：出門就是中山街 外面有裝修可能有點吵 隔音不是很好 早上會被吵醒 服務：沒什麼大問題 晚上出去中山路逛逛吃吃夜宵很方便 走路四五分鐘就回來了 老闆很好 這裏很好

房間乾淨，交通便利，距步行街很近，衞生間提供一次性用品，缺點：衞生間面盆龍頭無熱水，沒有花灑，無法洗澡；投影電視無法使用，希望老闆改進。

住店後脖子後面一小塊地方莫名發癢，原本不在意，也就沒給老闆説。可是居然發紅、脱皮，幾天了還沒好！不知道是不是被什麼蟲子咬了！網絡消費多年，第一次給住的地方差評！

房間很乾凈整潔，也挺大的，適合一個人或兩個人出現，各種設施設備也很齊全。地理位置就在中山路，離那一站的公交站也特別近，去哪兒都特別方便，那一整片區域都特別熱鬧，也適合遊玩，非常盡興。
