酒店位於廈大思明校區附近，南普陀沙坡尾世貿海峽大廈都可以步行前往。距離地鐵1號線鎮海路站也不遠，交通方便。周邊吃飯購物旅遊都很便利。前台在3樓，房間7樓。一個人住房間面積足夠了。衞生每天都有人打掃，衞生也做得很乾凈。還有晾曬衣服的地方。房間不怎麼隔音，走廊裏的響動房間裏聽得真真的。另外房間外窗需要固定，限制一下外窗的打開幅度，否則外窗有安全隱患。
