服務：很熱情！
環境：比我之前住的酒店好太多了，很適合年輕人的審美
衞生：也是相當不錯。乾淨利落
環境：樓下就是超市小賣部，旁邊就是鄭阪美食街，相當多的小吃，美食，夜宵店，晚上出來和朋友吃個夜宵，喝個酒，吃完喝完沒走幾步上樓就睡，簡直不要太舒服。

1.衞生堪憂，洗臉看到了蟑螂，凳子也很臟
2.店在村子裏的十字路口，特別吵！！而且還有ktv大半夜的唱歌
3.我提前訂了週末的房，週五給我打電話讓我退了，因為要加價，我要求給我退錢不住了老闆臉色還很差，語氣也不好
4.設施一般
我的評價是不如旁邊的幾家，雖然衞生都不怎麼樣，畢竟在村子裏，但是至少很安靜

城中村 民宅改造 沒有電梯 隔音不太好 水龍頭衹有熱水冷水很小感覺水壓不夠 衞生間沒有排氣扇 最特別的是電吹風居然是假的 衹有冷風 還好那天沒洗頭 沒地方停車 車停路邊玻璃還被崩了
